who we are

Luis Denuble

Founder

In 1995, after beginning his career in the Argentine Judiciary, Luis joined a leading law firm in Buenos Aires. Over the next sixteen years, he built a distinguished practice in Intellectual Property, Product Liability, Consumer Law, Contracts, and Complex Litigation. An active member of the International Association of Young Lawyers (AIJA), Luis authored multiple Country Reports for Argentina on Intellectual Property, Litigation, and Arbitration. He has also been invited to speak at national and international conferences, including the AIJA Annual Congresses in Toronto and Budapest. As a recognized scholar, Luis served as Professor of Civil Procedure and Consumer Law at both the University of Buenos Aires and the Universidad de Ciencias Empresariales y Sociales (UCES) respectively. In 2013, Luis relocated with his family to New York under an O-1 visa for individuals with extraordinary ability, joining Melchionna & Associates P.C. as a Foreign Legal Consultant. A year later, he was admitted to the New York Bar Association. From 2015, he led Gandolfo LLC’s New York office. Building on that experience, Luis launched his own practice — Denuble Law PLLC — through the E-2 Treaty Investor visa, turning his vision of an international law firm into reality. Since then, Denuble Law has grown steadily, expanding its presence in New York, Madrid, and Buenos Aires, serving clients across the Americas and Europe. Beyond the law, Luis is passionate about sports and outdoors. He enjoys soccer, tennis, running, biking, kayaking, and martial arts.
